Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries through live chat, messaging tools, and email in a courteous and efficient manner.

  • Provide product information, troubleshoot issues, and offer step-by-step guidance to resolve customer concerns.

  • Escalate complex cases to the appropriate team while ensuring proper follow-up and communication.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using internal CRM systems.

  • Meet or exceed performance targets including response time, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

  • Follow company policies, guidelines, and tone standards to maintain brand consistency.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share customer insights and improve service processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience

Working Hours
