Job Summary

Chewy is seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused Remote Live Chat Representatives to join our Customer Support team. In this role, you will provide real-time assistance to customers through live chat, ensuring they receive quick, friendly, and accurate support. As the first point of contact for pet parents, you will handle inquiries related to orders, products, accounts, and policies while delivering an exceptional customer experience that reflects Chewy’s mission of making pet parenting easier and more rewarding.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via live chat with professionalism and empathy.

  • Assist customers with order tracking, product details, returns, refunds, and account-related issues.

  • Provide knowledgeable recommendations on Chewy products and services.

  • Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams when necessary.

  • Accurately document interactions and ensure all customer data is maintained securely.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns effectively.

  • Continuously maintain a positive, customer-first attitude to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Strong written communication skills with excellent grammar and typing speed.

Experience
