Job Summary

InfoTech Solutions is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote Logistics Support Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you will support day-to-day logistics operations, ensure smooth coordination of shipments, and assist in managing communications with internal teams, vendors, and customers. This fully remote position is ideal for candidates who thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy problem-solving, multitasking, and ensuring seamless supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics operations, including order processing, shipping schedules, and delivery tracking

• Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, carriers, and customers to ensure timely shipment

• Monitor and update logistics systems, spreadsheets, and tracking dashboards

• Assist with resolving shipment delays, errors, or inventory discrepancies

• Maintain accurate shipment, delivery, and inventory records

• Support the implementation of logistics process improvements

• Ensure compliance with company policies and global shipping standards

• Provide status updates, documentation, and reports as required

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Excellent organizational and time management abilities

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage shifting priorities

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

• Basic understanding of shipping and logistics terms (preferred)

Experience

• 1–2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, customer support, or a related role (preferred)

• Freshers with strong administrative or coordination skills are encouraged to apply

Working Hours

• Fully remote position

• Flexible working hours, with some overlap required with U.S. or global business hours

• Full-time role (40 hours/week)
