Job Summary

IT Sight Technologies is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented NDIS Plan Manager (Remote) with a strong focus on Support Coordination to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a professional who is passionate about empowering people with disabilities by ensuring they receive the right financial and service support under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).

As an NDIS Plan Manager, you will play a critical role in helping participants understand, manage, and optimize their NDIS plans while working closely with support coordinators, service providers, and participants’ families. You will be responsible for overseeing budgets, processing claims, ensuring compliance with NDIS guidelines, and providing exceptional participant-focused service in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and administer NDIS participant budgets, ensuring funds are allocated and utilized correctly.
  • Process invoices and claims through the NDIS portal in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Work closely with Support Coordinators to align financial planning with participant goals.
  • Provide clear financial reporting and budget updates to participants and stakeholders.
  • Liaise with service providers to resolve billing issues and ensure correct service claims.
  • Ensure compliance with NDIS pricing arrangements, policies, and regulations.
  • Educate participants and families on plan management, funding categories, and NDIS processes.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with company and NDIS standards.
  • Identify opportunities to improve financial efficiency and participant outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of the NDIS framework, funding structures, and pricing arrangements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a participant-centered approach.
  • High level of attention to detail and strong financial administration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple participants and priorities in a remote setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and NDIS portals.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a remote team.

Experience

  • Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in NDIS Plan Management, Support Coordination, or a similar disability services role.
  • Previous experience working with NDIS participants and service providers is essential.
  • Experience in financial administration, billing, or compliance roles within the NDIS sector is highly desirable.
