Job Summary
Robert Half is seeking a detail-oriented Remote Numeric Data Entry Specialist to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities

Enter, verify, and update numeric data in company systems with high accuracy.

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure data consistency and quality.

Generate basic reports, summaries, and data validation results as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).

Proven ability to handle numeric data with precision and accuracy.

Strong attention to detail and ability to spot numerical inconsistencies.

Excellent keyboarding skills (minimum 50 words per minute).

Familiarity with data entry software, spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets), and CRM systems.

Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to meet deadlines and maintain high performance under minimal supervision.
Experience

1–2 years of experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related field preferred.

Working Hours
