Job Summary
TechPro Solutions is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Remote Onboarding Specialist to join our growing operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding new clients through a smooth and efficient onboarding journey, ensuring they are fully set up and confident in using our products and services. You will act as a key liaison between clients and internal teams, playing a critical role in client satisfaction, retention, and long-term success.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients, from initial welcome to full system setup.

Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients during the onboarding phase.

Coordinate with Sales, Customer Success, and Technical Support teams to ensure seamless handovers.

Conduct virtual onboarding sessions, product walkthroughs, and training webinars.

Gather and document client requirements to configure systems accurately.

Ensure all onboarding documentation, contracts, and compliance requirements are completed.

Track onboarding progress using CRM and project management tools.

Identify potential risks or issues and proactively resolve them.

Collect feedback to improve onboarding processes and client experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience

2–5 years of experience in onboarding, customer success, client services, or account management.

Experience working in SaaS, IT services, or digital platforms is highly preferred.

Working Hours
