Job Summary
TechPro Solutions is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Remote Onboarding Specialist to join our growing operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding new clients through a smooth and efficient onboarding journey, ensuring they are fully set up and confident in using our products and services. You will act as a key liaison between clients and internal teams, playing a critical role in client satisfaction, retention, and long-term success.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients, from initial welcome to full system setup.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients during the onboarding phase.
- Coordinate with Sales, Customer Success, and Technical Support teams to ensure seamless handovers.
- Conduct virtual onboarding sessions, product walkthroughs, and training webinars.
- Gather and document client requirements to configure systems accurately.
- Ensure all onboarding documentation, contracts, and compliance requirements are completed.
- Track onboarding progress using CRM and project management tools.
- Identify potential risks or issues and proactively resolve them.
- Collect feedback to improve onboarding processes and client experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, onboarding platforms, and virtual collaboration tools.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.
- Customer-first attitude with a passion for service excellence.
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in onboarding, customer success, client services, or account management.
- Experience working in SaaS, IT services, or digital platforms is highly preferred.
- Previous experience in a remote or virtual work environment is an advantage.
Working Hours
- Full-time remote position.
- Flexible working hours aligned with global client time zones.
- Standard workweek of 40 hours, with occasional flexibility required for international clients.
