Key Responsibilities

  • Process customer orders promptly and accurately in the system.

  • Review and verify order details for completeness and correctness.

  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, logistics, finance) to resolve discrepancies.

  • Handle order status inquiries and provide timely updates to customers.

  • Ensure all orders comply with company policies and quality standards.

  • Maintain and update order records and digital documentation.

  • Track shipment schedules and manage delivery timelines.

  • Support billing, invoicing, and returns when necessary.

  • Assist with reporting and order-related data entry tasks.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree is a plus.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficient in MS Office or Google Workspace.

  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.

  • Comfortable using order management or CRM systems (training provided).

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Experience

  • 1+ year of experience in order processing, data entry, administrative support, logistics, or similar roles preferred.

  • Freshers with strong computer and communication skills are welcome to apply.
