Job Summary
InfoTech Solutions is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Remote Patient Support Coordinator to join our growing healthcare support team. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for patients, assisting them with appointment scheduling, medical inquiries, and overall support to ensure a seamless patient experience. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to contribute from the comfort of your home while making a meaningful impact on patient care.
Key Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for patients via phone, email, and chat.

Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments accurately.

Assist patients with navigating healthcare services, insurance inquiries, and treatment options.

Maintain accurate patient records and update databases in compliance with privacy and regulatory standards.

Collaborate with healthcare providers and internal teams to ensure timely and efficient patient support.

Address patient concerns empathetically and escalate issues when necessary.

Provide follow-up support to ensure patient satisfaction and continuity of care.

Prepare reports on patient interactions, feedback, and recurring concerns.
Required Skills and Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration or related field preferred.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM or patient management software.

Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.

Experience

1–3 years of experience in a healthcare support, patient coordination, or customer service role preferred.

Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.

Prior remote work experience is advantageous but not required.
Working Hours

Full-time, remote position.

Flexible scheduling options, including potential evening or weekend shifts to accommodate patient needs.

Standard hours are Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, but subject to adjustment based on team needs.
