Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and manage podcast production from concept to publication.

• Define podcast formats, themes, and episode structures aligned with business objectives.

• Record, edit, mix, and master high-quality audio using professional tools.

• Coordinate with hosts, guests, and internal stakeholders for scheduling and content planning.

• Create episode outlines, scripts, and show notes when required.

• Ensure audio quality standards, brand consistency, and storytelling excellence.

• Manage publishing across platforms such as Spotify, Apple Podcasts, Google Podcasts, and others.

• Optimize content for discoverability through SEO-friendly titles and descriptions.

• Track performance metrics and recommend improvements based on listener analytics.

• Maintain content calendars and ensure timely release of episodes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong expertise in audio editing and production tools (e.g., Adobe Audition, Pro Tools, Audacity, Descript, or similar).

• Excellent storytelling and narrative-building skills.

• Knowledge of podcast distribution platforms and RSS feeds.

• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced remote environment.

Experience

• 2–5 years of experience in podcast production, audio editing, or digital media.
