Job Summary

IT Sight Technologies is seeking a highly organized and proactive Remote Project Coordinator – Infrastructure & Construction to support the planning, execution, and delivery of complex infrastructure and construction projects across diverse geographies. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, project-driven environment and has strong coordination, communication, and documentation skills.

As a Project Coordinator, you will work closely with Project Managers, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure that project timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables are effectively managed. You will play a critical role in maintaining project governance, tracking progress, resolving issues, and ensuring all project activities align with organizational and client objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Project Managers in planning, scheduling, and executing infrastructure and construction projects.

  • Coordinate project activities, meetings, and communications among internal teams and external stakeholders.

  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, reports, and risk logs.

  • Track project milestones, deliverables, and dependencies to ensure timely completion.

  • Monitor project budgets, costs, and resource allocation.

  • Assist in vendor and contractor coordination, including onboarding and performance tracking.

  • Ensure compliance with project governance, quality standards, and safety regulations.

  • Identify risks, issues, and changes, and escalate them appropriately.

  • Prepare regular project status reports for senior management and clients.

  • Support change management and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Strong understanding of project coordination principles and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).

  • Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Primavera, Asana, Trello, Jira, or similar platforms.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a remote environment.

  • Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools (Teams, Zoom, Google Workspace).

Experience

  • 2–5 years of experience in a Project Coordinator or Project Support role.

  • Prior experience in infrastructure, construction, engineering, or real estate projects is highly preferred.

  • Exposure to large-scale, multi-stakeholder projects is an advantage.

  • Certification such as CAPM, PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent is a plus.

Working Hours

  • Full-time, remote position.

  • Standard business hours with flexibility depending on project and client needs.

  • Occasional overlap with global teams across different time zones may be required.

  • Strong knowledge of project lifecycle management and reporting frameworks.

  • Ability to interpret technical documents, drawings, and project plans.

  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and accountability.
