Job Summary

MNC JOBS INFO is seeking an experienced and dynamic Remote Project Manager to lead and coordinate cross-functional software development teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the full project lifecycle—from initial planning and requirements gathering to execution, delivery, and post-launch evaluation. You will be the central point of contact between stakeholders, developers, designers, and QA teams, ensuring project objectives are achieved within scope, budget, and timeline.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead multiple software development projects simultaneously in an agile and fast-paced remote environment.

• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

• Coordinate tasks across engineering, product management, UX/UI, and QA teams.

• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to deadlines and budget constraints.

• Identify project risks and develop proactive mitigation strategies.

• Conduct regular stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to maintain alignment.

• Facilitate clear and effective communication among distributed teams and stakeholders.

• Ensure quality standards are met by implementing best practices and process improvements.

• Prepare detailed status reports and communicate project updates to senior management and clients.

• Manage change requests, balancing stakeholder needs with project goals and constraints.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in a software development or IT environment.

• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.

• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or Monday.com.

• Excellent leadership, organizational, and time management skills.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to manage remote teams effectively.

• Ability to translate complex technical information into clear business terms.

• PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master certification is a strong advantage.

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in software project management or related roles.

• Demonstrated success in leading remote, cross-functional teams to deliver complex software products.

• Prior experience working with international or distributed development teams preferred.

Working Hours

• Full-time remote position.

• Flexible working hours, with availability for overlap with global team schedules (typically 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM GMT or equivalent).

• Occasional meetings outside standard hours to accommodate international collaboration.
