Job Summary

HR Talent Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Remote Quality Assurance (QA) Tester – Mobile Apps to join our growing digital delivery team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality, performance, usability, and reliability of mobile applications across iOS and Android platforms. You will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and UI/UX designers to identify defects, improve user experience, and maintain the highest quality standards throughout the software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze mobile application requirements and specifications.

• Design, develop, and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts.

• Perform manual testing on iOS and Android applications.

• Identify, document, and track bugs and defects using bug-tracking tools.

• Conduct regression, functional, usability, and performance testing.

• Validate app functionality across multiple devices, screen sizes, and OS versions.

• Collaborate with development teams to resolve issues and verify fixes.

• Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and QA review meetings.

• Ensure applications meet quality standards before release.

• Provide clear testing reports and quality metrics to stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong understanding of software testing principles and methodologies.

• Experience with manual testing of mobile applications (Android and/or iOS).

• Familiarity with bug-tracking tools such as JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar.

• Ability to write clear and detailed test cases and defect reports.

• Basic knowledge of Agile/Scrum development processes.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• High attention to detail and a quality-focused mindset.

Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in Quality Assurance or software testing.

• Prior experience testing mobile applications is highly preferred.

• Fresh graduates with strong QA knowledge and relevant internships are encouraged to apply.

• Experience with automated testing tools is a plus but not mandatory.

Working Hours
