Job Summary

OneTech Associates is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and tech-savvy Remote Recruiting Coordinator to join our growing talent acquisition team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about connecting top-tier technology professionals with the right opportunities while ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience. As a Remote Recruiting Coordinator, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, coordinate with hiring managers, and support strategic talent sourcing initiatives across the technology sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical hiring needs and role requirements.

  • Source, screen, and engage top tech talent through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, assessments, and follow-ups between candidates and hiring teams.

  • Maintain accurate candidate records in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and generate regular recruitment reports.

  • Assist in creating job postings, job descriptions, and recruitment marketing materials.

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial outreach to onboarding.

  • Support employer branding initiatives and represent OneTech Associates at virtual career events.

  • Track recruitment metrics to measure efficiency, pipeline quality, and overall effectiveness of sourcing strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

  • Proven experience in recruiting, coordinating, or talent sourcing in the tech industry.

  • Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.

  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining high productivity.

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

  • Familiarity with technical roles and industry terminology is a plus.

Experience

  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in recruiting, HR coordination, or talent acquisition support.

  • Experience with technical recruiting or sourcing candidates in software engineering, IT, or related fields highly preferred.

  • Prior remote work experience is advantageous.

Working Hours

  • Full-time, remote role.

  • Standard working hours, flexible within a 9 AM – 6 PM schedule to accommodate cross-time-zone collaboration.

  • Occasional evening or weekend availability may be required for virtual events or urgent hiring needs.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Deep understanding of recruitment processes and candidate lifecycle management.

  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and deadlines simultaneously.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.

  • Strong interpersonal skills to liaise with internal teams and external candidates professionally.

  • Analytical mindset to track KPIs and improve sourcing efficiency.

  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced remote environment.
