Job Summary

IT Sight Technologies is seeking a highly driven and strategic Remote Recruitment Sourcing Lead – Cyber Tech Focus to spearhead our talent sourcing efforts for cutting-edge cybersecurity and digital technology roles. This role is critical in building and scaling a robust pipeline of top-tier cyber professionals, including security engineers, SOC analysts, cloud security specialists, and ethical hackers.

As a Sourcing Lead, you will play a key role in shaping our global talent strategy, partnering closely with hiring managers and HR leadership to identify, attract, and engage highly specialized technical talent. This is a fully remote position, offering the opportunity to work with diverse global teams while contributing to mission-critical cybersecurity initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement advanced sourcing strategies for cybersecurity and technology roles across global markets.

  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for niche cyber profiles such as DevSecOps, Penetration Testers, GRC specialists, and Threat Intelligence Analysts.

  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop targeted sourcing campaigns.

  • Proactively identify and engage passive candidates using LinkedIn, GitHub, job boards, forums, and professional networks.

  • Lead employer branding initiatives to position IT Sight Technologies as an employer of choice in the cyber tech space.

  • Track and analyze sourcing metrics, including time-to-fill, candidate conversion rates, and sourcing effectiveness.

  • Conduct market research and talent mapping for emerging cyber technologies and skill trends.

  • Mentor junior sourcers and recruiters, sharing best practices and innovative sourcing techniques.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity roles, technologies, and market trends.

  • Proven expertise in technical sourcing methods and tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, Boolean search, GitHub, Stack Overflow).

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to influence and consult with senior hiring managers.

  • High level of organization with strong attention to detail.

  • Data-driven mindset with experience using recruitment analytics.

  • Strong employer branding and candidate engagement capabilities.

Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in talent sourcing or recruitment, with at least 3 years focused on cybersecurity or technical hiring.

  • Demonstrated success sourcing for complex, hard-to-fill technical roles.

  • Experience working in remote or global recruitment environments is highly desirable.

  • Prior leadership or mentoring experience is an advantage.

Working Hours

  • Full-time, remote role.
