Job Summary:

SalesPro Network is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Remote Sales Support Executive – B2B to join our fast-growing team. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between our sales teams and clients, ensuring seamless communication, accurate data management, and efficient workflow processes. This is a fully remote position, offering flexibility while contributing directly to our revenue growth and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the B2B sales team.

  • Assist in lead generation, prospect follow-ups, and maintaining client relationships.

  • Manage CRM data entry, updates, and reporting to ensure sales pipelines are accurate.

  • Coordinate meetings, calls, and virtual presentations between sales executives and clients.

  • Prepare sales proposals, presentations, and product documentation as needed.

  • Monitor and track sales metrics, providing timely updates and insights to the management team.

  • Handle client inquiries professionally and escalate issues when necessary.

  • Collaborate with marketing and other departments to support business development initiatives.

  • Identify opportunities to improve sales processes and implement best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.

  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Customer-centric mindset with problem-solving abilities.

  • Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.

  • Familiarity with B2B sales processes and terminology is preferred.

Experience:

  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in sales support, sales operations, or a related role.

  • Previous experience in a B2B environment is highly desirable.

  • Experience working remotely or in a virtual team environment is an advantage.

Working Hours:

  • Full-time, remote position.

  • Flexible working hours with the ability to attend scheduled virtual meetings.

  • Availability during core business hours may be required to coordinate with clients and team members.
