Job Summary
IT sight Technologies is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Remote Salesforce Administrator to drive CRM optimization and support business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the Salesforce platform, ensuring data integrity, improving user experience, and aligning CRM capabilities with organizational goals. This role requires strong analytical thinking, hands-on Salesforce expertise, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fully remote environment.
Key Responsibilities

Administer, configure, and maintain the Salesforce CRM platform.

Optimize workflows, validation rules, dashboards, and reports to improve business processes.

Manage user access, roles, profiles, and security settings.

Ensure high standards of data quality, integrity, and governance.

Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.

Support integrations between Salesforce and third-party applications.

Provide end-user training, documentation, and ongoing support.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Proven expertise in Salesforce administration and configuration.

Salesforce Administrator certification preferred.

Strong understanding of CRM processes, sales pipelines, and customer lifecycle.

Experience with reports, dashboards, flows, and automation tools.

Proficiency in data management, including imports, exports, and deduplication.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
Experience

Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator.

Experience supporting Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud environments.

Prior experience in CRM optimization or digital transformation initiatives is highly desirable.
