Job Summary
InfoTech Solutions is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote Scheduler and Calendar Assistant to support our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain executives’ calendars, ensuring appointments, meetings, and deadlines are accurately scheduled.

Coordinate internal and external meetings, including sending reminders, booking virtual meeting rooms, and preparing agendas.

Act as a point of contact between executives, clients, and team members to ensure smooth communication.

Prioritize and resolve scheduling conflicts in a timely and efficient manner.

Maintain accurate records of appointments and update calendars in real-time.

Provide support for special projects, events, or ad-hoc scheduling requests as needed.

Collaborate with team members to streamline workflow and enhance overall organizational efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Strong proficiency in calendar management tools such as Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, and scheduling software.

Experience
