Job Summary
SchedulePro Virtual is seeking a highly organized and proactive Remote Scheduling & Support Assistant to join our dynamic team. The Remote Scheduling & Support Assistant will be responsible for managing calendars, coordinating appointments, and providing top-tier support to both internal teams and external clients. Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain multiple executives’ calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and events efficiently.

Coordinate virtual meetings, conference calls, and team collaborations, ensuring seamless connectivity and preparation.

Respond to client inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a professional and timely manner.

Prepare, organize, and maintain digital files, reports, and records accurately.

Assist with project management tasks, including tracking deadlines and deliverables.

Conduct research and gather information as needed to support decision-making processes.

Implement and maintain scheduling systems and workflow processes to optimize team efficiency.

Provide administrative support such as drafting correspondence, managing documents, and generating reports.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).

Familiarity with scheduling tools such as Calendly, Zoom, or similar platforms.

Experience

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in administrative support, virtual assistance, or scheduling roles.

Experience working remotely is highly desirable.

Working Hours

Full-time position: 40 hours per week.

Flexible working hours with availability required during core business hours.
