Job Summary

Progressive Technology is seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer to work remotely with our US-based SaaS client. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications using React.js, Node.js, and other modern technologies. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless, high-quality, and efficient digital solutions that drive business growth and enhance user experience. Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain full-stack web applications using React.js (frontend) and Node.js (backend).

• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate design wireframes into responsive, user-friendly interfaces.

• Build and optimize RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services and APIs.

• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best software development practices.

• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes to ensure high-quality deliverables.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems or applications as needed.

• Implement secure authentication, data protection, and access control features.

• Work closely with the DevOps team for CI/CD pipeline management and cloud deployments (AWS or similar).

• Stay current with emerging web technologies and suggest improvements to enhance system performance and scalability.

• Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing and code standardization.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role, ideally in SaaS or enterprise-scale applications.

• Strong proficiency in React.js, Node.js, Express.js, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).

• Experience with modern state management libraries (Redux, MobX, or Context API).

• Proficiency in RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and JSON.

• Strong understanding of databases (MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL).

• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).

• Solid understanding of version control systems (Git/GitHub).

• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

• Ability to work independently in a remote and fast-paced environment.

Experience

• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack web development.

• Prior experience working on SaaS applications or enterprise-level systems preferred.

• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and working with distributed teams.

Working Hours

• Remote Position – Work from anywhere.

• Must be available for overlapping hours with US-based team (typically 6 PM – 2 AM IST or flexible depending on project requirements).

• Full-time position (40 hours per week).
