Job Summary

Fresher Jobs Hub is seeking a creative, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented Remote Social Media Content Creator to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute creative social media content strategies aligned with the brand’s voice and marketing goals.
  • Create visually appealing and compelling content, including graphics, videos, animations, and written posts for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Schedule and publish posts across social media channels using content management tools.
  • Monitor social media trends, insights, and analytics to optimize content performance and engagement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with campaigns, product launches, and promotional events.
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster community growth.
  • Conduct competitor research to identify best practices and opportunities for differentiation.
  • Maintain a consistent posting schedule while ensuring content quality and brand consistency.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Proficiency in social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Strong creative skills with experience in graphic design and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling copy for diverse audiences.
  • Knowledge of social media analytics and tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Google Analytics).
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while meeting deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Experience

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience managing social media accounts, creating content, or working in digital marketing.
  • Experience in creating viral or highly engaging content is a plus.

Working Hours

  • Remote, flexible working hours.
  • Availability for virtual team meetings and collaboration during standard business hours (preferably 9 AM – 6 PM in your time zone).
