Job Summary

HR Talent Solutions is seeking a highly creative and results-driven Remote Social Media Manager – Creator Economy Focus to lead and execute social media strategies for brands, influencers, and digital creators. This role is ideal for a professional who understands the dynamics of the creator economy, audience growth, and community engagement across multiple social platforms.

As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for building brand presence, driving engagement, managing creator partnerships, and leveraging content trends to achieve measurable growth. You will collaborate with marketing teams, content creators, and clients to develop impactful campaigns that resonate with digital audiences worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business and brand objectives.

  • Manage daily social media operations across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and emerging creator platforms.

  • Plan, create, schedule, and publish high-quality content including posts, reels, stories, short-form videos, and community updates.

  • Build and manage relationships with creators, influencers, and digital partners.

  • Monitor analytics and performance metrics to optimize campaigns and improve engagement, reach, and conversions.

  • Conduct social listening and trend analysis within the creator economy to identify growth opportunities.

  • Manage social media calendars, content pipelines, and campaign timelines.

  • Engage with online communities by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.

  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure brand consistency.

  • Stay updated on platform algorithm changes, creator tools, and social media best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and the creator economy ecosystem.

  • Proven ability to create engaging and high-performing digital content.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Meta Business Suite).

  • Strong analytical skills with experience using social media analytics and reporting tools.

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.

  • Creative mindset with a strong eye for branding and storytelling.

Experience

  • 2–5 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or influencer marketing.

  • Prior experience working with creators, influencers, or digital communities is highly preferred.

  • Experience managing multiple accounts or brands simultaneously.

  • Demonstrated success in growing social media audiences and driving engagement.

Working Hours

  • Fully remote position.

  • Flexible working hours with availability to collaborate across global time zones.

  • Expected commitment: Full-time (40 hours per week).
