Job Summary

InfoTech Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Remote Technical Recruiter with a strong focus on Cybersecurity to join our growing global talent acquisition team. This role is critical to building world-class cybersecurity teams by identifying, attracting, and hiring top technical talent across a wide range of security disciplines, including cloud security, application security, SOC operations, penetration testing, and GRC.

As a Technical Recruiter, you will partner closely with hiring managers, security leaders, and HR stakeholders to understand workforce needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and deliver exceptional candidate experiences. This is a fully remote position, offering the opportunity to work with international teams and contribute to high-impact security projects for enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for cybersecurity and technical roles, from sourcing to onboarding.

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, role priorities, and team culture.

  • Source candidates using multiple channels including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, professional networks, and talent communities.

  • Screen and interview candidates for technical and cultural fit.

  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of cybersecurity professionals for current and future needs.

  • Coordinate interviews, assessments, and feedback with stakeholders.

  • Provide market insights on talent availability, salary benchmarks, and hiring trends.

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.

  • Maintain accurate data and reporting in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

  • Support employer branding initiatives and diversity hiring programs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of technical and cybersecurity roles (e.g., SOC Analyst, Cloud Security Engineer, Pentester, IAM Specialist, DevSecOps).

  • Proven ability to source and engage passive candidates.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Experience with ATS platforms and recruitment tools.

  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical conduct.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in technical or IT recruitment.

  • At least 1–2 years of experience recruiting for cybersecurity or highly technical roles.

  • Experience working in remote or global hiring environments is preferred.

  • Background in recruiting for technology consulting firms, SaaS companies, or enterprise IT teams is an advantage.

Working Hours

  • Full-time, remote position.

  • Standard business hours aligned with client time zones (flexibility required).

  • Occasional overlap with international teams may be required.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Solid knowledge of cybersecurity domains, tools, and industry certifications (e.g., CISSP, CEH, CISM, AWS Security, CompTIA Security+).

  • Ability to understand technical job descriptions and translate them into effective sourcing strategies.

  • Strong analytical skills to track hiring metrics and improve recruitment processes.

  • Ability to build trust-based relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.

  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive and results-oriented approach.

  • Cultural awareness and ability to recruit across diverse geographies.
