Key Responsibilities

  • Provide real-time technical support through phone, chat, and email.

  • Document issues, solutions, and interactions in the ticketing system.

  • Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level technical teams when needed.

  • Maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, and customer service.

  • Stay updated with new product releases, updates, and system changes.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and customer experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of computer systems, software, and troubleshooting methods.

  • Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).

  • Ability to handle multiple tickets and work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Solid problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.

  • Familiarity with remote support tools and CRM/ticketing systems.

  • Customer-oriented mindset with patience and attention to detail.

Experience

  • Minimum 1–2 years of technical support or IT helpdesk experience preferred.

  • Freshers with strong technical knowledge and communication skills are encouraged to apply.

  • Experience with remote work is a plus.

Working Hours

  • Full-time remote position.

  • Flexible scheduling with shifts available across global time zones.

  • Weekend or holiday availability may be required based on business needs.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
