As a Travel Concierge, you will serve as a trusted advisor to elite clients, transforming their travel aspirations into seamless, unforgettable journeys. You will leverage your industry expertise, global destination knowledge, and strong supplier network to design tailor-made experiences that exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and manage end-to-end luxury travel itineraries including flights, accommodations, private transportation, dining, experiences, and exclusive activities.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for VIP clients, providing personalized travel consultation and ongoing support.
• Research and recommend premium destinations, luxury hotels, resorts, cruises, and unique experiences.
• Coordinate with global suppliers, hotels, airlines, tour operators, and local partners to secure best-in-class services.
• Handle special requests such as private tours, yacht charters, VIP airport services, event access, and destination weddings.
• Manage bookings, confirmations, travel documents, and itinerary updates.
• Provide 24/7 on-trip support for urgent changes, cancellations, or emergencies.
• Maintain accurate records of client preferences, travel history, and feedback.
• Stay updated on global travel trends, luxury hospitality offerings, and destination insights.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in luxury travel planning, travel consultancy, hospitality, or concierge services.

• Background in tourism, hospitality management, or a related field is desirable.

Working Hours
