HR Talent Solutions is seeking a creative and highly motivated Remote Video Editor – Short-form Content (TikTok/Reels) to join our growing digital team. In this role, you will be responsible for producing engaging, high-quality short-form video content that drives audience growth, brand awareness, and conversions across social media platforms. You will collaborate closely with content creators, social media managers, and marketing teams to transform raw footage into compelling, platform-optimized videos.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and similar platforms.

• Optimize videos for each platform’s technical and audience requirements (aspect ratio, length, format).

• Collaborate with content and marketing teams to align videos with brand voice and campaign goals.

• Maintain consistent visual style and quality across all content.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.

• Stay up to date with social media trends, editing techniques, and viral formats.

• Review and revise content based on feedback and performance analytics.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut.

• Strong understanding of short-form content trends and social media algorithms.

• Ability to create engaging hooks within the first few seconds of a video.

• Excellent attention to detail and storytelling skills.

• Good knowledge of basic motion graphics and visual effects.

• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a remote team environment.

• Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently.

Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in video editing, preferably focused on social media or digital marketing.

• Proven portfolio showcasing short-form video content.

• Experience working with influencers, brands, or digital agencies is a plus.

• Prior remote work experience is preferred but not mandatory.
