Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries related to warranties, product coverage, claim status, and service procedures.

  • Process warranty claims accurately and efficiently, ensuring all required documentation is complete.

  • Communicate claim outcomes, policy details, and next steps clearly and professionally.

  • Provide troubleshooting support and direct customers to appropriate service resources.

  • Document all customer interactions and maintain detailed records within internal systems.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalated or complex warranty issues.

  • Analyze recurring issues and provide feedback for process improvements.

  • Maintain compliance with company policies, service standards, and confidentiality requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-centric approach.

  • Ability to understand and explain warranty terms, product details, and service processes.

  • Proficiency with CRM systems, data entry, and remote work tools.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a high degree of accuracy.

  • Strong time-management skills and attention to detail.

Experience

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in customer service, technical support, warranty processing, or related fields preferred.

  • Experience working in remote or call-center environments is an advantage.

  • Background in consumer products, electronics, home appliances, or warranty service industries is a plus.

Working Hours

  • Flexible remote schedule depending on business needs.

  • Standard hours typically fall between Monday to Friday, with optional weekend support during peak periods.

  • Full-time availability is preferred.
