Job Summary

We are seeking a customer-focused and energetic Retail Sales Executive to represent our premium baby and kids’ product range in-store. The ideal candidate will deliver an exceptional shopping experience for parents and families, drive sales performance, and maintain high visual merchandising standards. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, product knowledge, and a passion for retail excellence in the baby care segment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a warm, professional manner to enhance the in-store experience.

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable baby and kids’ products.

• Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective selling techniques.

• Maintain attractive product displays in line with brand guidelines.

• Ensure shelves are well-stocked, organized, and properly labeled.

• Handle billing, cash transactions, and POS operations accurately.

• Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.

• Support store promotions, campaigns, and new product launches.

• Maintain cleanliness and overall store hygiene standards.

• Collaborate with team members and report daily performance to the Store Manager.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum Higher Secondary (12th) or Diploma; graduates preferred.

• Strong communication skills in English and the local language.

• Customer-first mindset with persuasive selling ability.

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with POS systems.

• Pleasant personality with professional grooming.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Experience

• 0–3 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in baby products, fashion, or lifestyle segments.

• Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude are welcome to apply.

• Experience in premium retail environments will be an added advantage.

Working Hours

• Retail shift-based schedule, including weekends and holidays.

• Typically 6 days a week with one rotational weekly off.

• Flexibility to work extended hours during peak seasons and promotions.

• Good understanding of retail sales processes and customer handling.

• Ability to build rapport with parents and families.

• Strong upselling and cross-selling capabilities.
