Job Summary
We are seeking a customer-focused and energetic Retail Sales Executive to represent our premium baby and kids’ product range in-store. The ideal candidate will deliver an exceptional shopping experience for parents and families, drive sales performance, and maintain high visual merchandising standards. Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in a warm, professional manner to enhance the in-store experience.

Maintain attractive product displays in line with brand guidelines.

Ensure shelves are well-stocked, organized, and properly labeled.

Handle billing, cash transactions, and POS operations accurately.

Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.

Support store promotions, campaigns, and new product launches.

Maintain cleanliness and overall store hygiene standards.

Collaborate with team members and report daily performance to the Store Manager.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Minimum Higher Secondary (12th) or Diploma; graduates preferred.

Strong communication skills in English and the local language.

Customer-first mindset with persuasive selling ability.

Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with POS systems.

Experience

0–3 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in baby products, fashion, or lifestyle segments.

Working Hours

Retail shift-based schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Typically 6 days a week with one rotational weekly off.
