Job Summary
IT Sight Technologies is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented SaaS Implementation Manager to lead the successful onboarding and launch of enterprise and mid-market clients on our cloud-based platforms. This remote role is critical in ensuring customers achieve rapid time-to-value by managing end-to-end implementation projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and delivering exceptional client experiences.
As a SaaS Implementation Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact during the post-sales onboarding phase, translating business requirements into technical solutions and ensuring smooth product adoption. You will work closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to drive long-term customer satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the full lifecycle of SaaS implementation projects from contract handoff to go-live.
- Act as the primary client liaison, ensuring clear communication and expectation management throughout the implementation process.
- Conduct discovery sessions to understand customer workflows, business goals, and technical requirements.
- Configure and customize SaaS platforms to meet client-specific needs.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with internal teams including Product, Engineering, Support, and Customer Success.
- Provide client training, documentation, and best practice guidance.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and potential blockers, and proactively resolve issues.
- Ensure data migration, system integrations, and user onboarding are completed successfully.
- Track project performance and report on progress, KPIs, and customer outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models and cloud-based technologies.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a remote environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Solid knowledge of implementation methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
- Experience working with CRM systems, project management tools, and collaboration platforms.
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional technical solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering value.
Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in SaaS implementation, onboarding, project management, or customer success roles.
- Experience working with enterprise or B2B software clients.
- Prior experience in managing remote or global clients is highly desirable.
Working Hours
- Full-time, remote position.
- Flexible working hours with availability to overlap with global client time zones.
- Occasional weekend or extended hours may be required during critical go-live phases.
