Job Summary

InfoTech Solutions is seeking a strategic and results-driven SaaS Product Manager to lead the development, optimization, and growth of our cloud-based software products. In this fully remote role aligned with the West Coast (PST) timezone, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and customer success to deliver innovative SaaS solutions that solve real customer problems.

The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of SaaS product lifecycles, customer-centric design, and agile product development. You will be responsible for defining product vision, managing product roadmaps, prioritizing features, and ensuring that our SaaS platform delivers measurable value to customers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for InfoTech Solutions’ SaaS offerings.

• Collaborate with engineering, UX/UI designers, and data teams to build and release high-quality product features.

• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback reviews to guide product decisions.

• Translate business requirements into detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

• Prioritize product features based on customer impact, revenue potential, and technical feasibility.

• Monitor product performance metrics, user adoption, and engagement analytics to improve product outcomes.

• Work closely with sales and marketing teams to support product launches, positioning, and messaging.

• Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and product reviews within an Agile development environment.

• Maintain communication with stakeholders and ensure alignment across departments.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Proven experience managing SaaS products or digital platforms.

• Strong knowledge of product management frameworks, Agile methodologies, and SaaS business models.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience with product management tools such as Jira, Productboard, Trello, Asana, or similar platforms.

• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear product requirements.

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in product management, preferably within SaaS or cloud-based software environments.

• Demonstrated success delivering digital products from concept to launch and continuous improvement.

• Experience working with remote or distributed teams is highly desirable.

• Background in B2B SaaS platforms, subscription models, or enterprise software is a plus.

Working Hours

• This position is fully remote but requires availability aligned with the West Coast (Pacific Time) business hours.

• Standard schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST.

• Occasional flexibility may be required to support cross-functional collaboration and product releases.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Deep understanding of SaaS metrics such as ARR, churn rate, CAC, LTV, and product engagement.

• Ability to balance technical feasibility, customer needs, and business priorities.

• Strong leadership and collaboration skills in cross-functional teams.

• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

• Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret analytics and translate insights into product improvements.
