Job Summary

Sales Support is seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the sales department by managing administrative tasks, coordinating communication, preparing sales reports, and assisting with customer inquiries. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, efficient, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment while ensuring smooth internal and external sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily sales activities, including order processing, documentation, and customer follow-ups.

  • Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports, dashboards, and performance summaries.

  • Support sales managers and representatives by scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and ensuring timely completion of tasks.

  • Respond to customer inquiries, provide product information, and ensure a positive customer experience.

  • Maintain and update CRM systems, ensuring accuracy of customer and sales data.

  • Collaborate with internal departments such as logistics, finance, and customer service to ensure seamless execution of sales operations.

  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement and supply chain teams when needed.

  • Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and tender documents.

  • Track sales targets and assist in ensuring timely achievement of team goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.

  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work under pressure.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.

Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Support, or Administrative roles.

  • Experience in customer communication, CRM management, and sales documentation is preferred.

Working Hours

  • Full-time position

  • Monday to Friday

  • Standard business hours (with flexibility during peak periods when required)
