Job Summary
Sales Support is seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the sales department by managing administrative tasks, coordinating communication, preparing sales reports, and assisting with customer inquiries. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, efficient, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment while ensuring smooth internal and external sales operations.
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate daily sales activities, including order processing, documentation, and customer follow-ups.

Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports, dashboards, and performance summaries.

Support sales managers and representatives by scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and ensuring timely completion of tasks.

Respond to customer inquiries, provide product information, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Maintain and update CRM systems, ensuring accuracy of customer and sales data.

Collaborate with internal departments such as logistics, finance, and customer service to ensure seamless execution of sales operations.

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement and supply chain teams when needed.

Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and tender documents.

Track sales targets and assist in ensuring timely achievement of team goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience

1–3 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Support, or Administrative roles.
