Job Summary
Dell Technologies is seeking a results-oriented and dynamic Sales Territory Manager to drive growth and strengthen relationships within our Western Region field sales territory. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving revenue goals, expanding market presence, and developing long-term partnerships with enterprise and SMB clients. This role involves frequent client visits, strategic territory planning, and collaboration with internal teams to deliver world-class technology solutions.
As a trusted representative of Dell Technologies, you will play a critical role in understanding client needs, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction through every stage of the sales process.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed assigned revenue and growth targets in the designated region.

Build, maintain, and expand relationships with customers, channel partners, and key decision-makers across industries.

Conduct regular onsite field visits to meet clients, identify opportunities, and present Dell’s product and service portfolio.

Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to drive business development initiatives.

Collaborate with internal teams—marketing, technical pre-sales, and customer support—to ensure seamless solution delivery.

Prepare accurate sales forecasts, performance reports, and pipeline updates.

Represent Dell Technologies at regional trade shows, industry events, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility.

Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and ethical standards in all business activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

Proven track record of achieving or surpassing sales targets in B2B or enterprise technology sales.

Strong understanding of IT hardware, software, and services (servers, storage, networking, cloud solutions, etc.).

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within the region.
Experience

5–8 years of experience in sales, preferably within the IT, technology, or enterprise solutions sector.

Prior experience managing a regional sales territory with direct client engagement and revenue accountability.

Demonstrated success in complex, consultative selling environments.
Working Hours

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.

Flexibility required for client meetings and travel across the Western Region.

Occasional weekend work for events or client engagements as needed.
