Job Summary

ShieldSecure Guards is seeking vigilant, dependable, and professional Security Guards to protect retail stores, office premises, and personnel. The ideal candidate will ensure a safe environment, prevent unauthorized access, and respond swiftly to emergencies. Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security of property, staff, and visitors.

• Control access to premises, including verification of identification and logging of entries/exits.

• Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, and emergencies, including fire, medical, or security threats.

• Maintain detailed records of daily activities, incidents, and irregularities.

• Conduct regular inspections of premises to identify potential hazards or breaches.

• Coordinate with law enforcement, fire departments, and emergency services when necessary.

• Enforce company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with safety and security regulations.

• Provide courteous assistance to employees, clients, and visitors while maintaining a professional presence.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional security training or certification preferred.

• Valid Security Guard License or certification as required by local regulations.

• Strong observational skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly and effectively.

• Basic computer literacy for logging incidents and using security systems.

Experience

• Minimum 1 year of prior experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field is preferred.

Working Hours

• Full-time and part-time shifts available.
