Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and BI reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.

• Collaborate with business leaders to define KPIs, reporting metrics, and analytical requirements.

• Provide data insights and visualization to support business planning, forecasting, and performance analysis.

• Automate data workflows and reporting processes to enhance efficiency and reliability.

• Conduct root-cause analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.

• Work closely with IT and engineering teams to optimize data infrastructure and ensure seamless data integration.

• Mentor junior analysts and promote best practices in data analysis and visualization.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Intelligence, or related field.

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst, BI Analyst, or Business Data Specialist in a mid to large-scale organization.

• Strong proficiency in SQL and hands-on experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or Qlik).

• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, macros, and data modeling.

• Experience with data warehousing, ETL processes, and cloud-based analytics (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

• Solid understanding of statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and performance tracking.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present data insights clearly to non-technical audiences.

• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities with attention to detail.

Experience

• 5+ years of professional experience in data analytics, BI reporting, or business data strategy roles.

• Previous experience in remote or global team collaboration is highly desirable.

• Industry exposure in finance, e-commerce, technology, or consulting will be considered an advantage.

Working Hours

• Flexible remote schedule with availability during core business hours (9 AM – 5 PM, Monday to Friday).

• Occasional virtual meetings with cross-functional teams based in different time zones.
