Job Summary

SEO Masters Co is seeking a highly skilled SEO Specialist with deep expertise in link building to support our clients’ organic growth strategies. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing link-building campaigns to enhance domain authority, improve keyword rankings, and drive sustainable organic traffic.
You will work closely with our SEO, content, and digital marketing teams to create high-quality backlink opportunities and ensure all strategies follow ethical, white-hat SEO practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive link-building strategies aligned with SEO goals.

• Identify and secure high-quality backlink opportunities through outreach, guest posting, blogger collaborations, partnerships, and digital PR.

• Conduct detailed backlink audits to evaluate link quality, identify toxic links, and recommend corrective actions.

• Build and maintain relationships with website owners, bloggers, media outlets, and influencers.

• Monitor competitor backlink profiles and identify gaps or opportunities.

• Collaborate with content teams to create link-worthy content that supports outreach efforts.

• Track, analyze, and report link-building performance using SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, and Google Search Console.

• Ensure all link-building activities comply with Google Webmaster Guidelines and industry best practices.

• Stay updated on search engine algorithm changes, link-building trends, and emerging SEO techniques.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven expertise in link building and off-page SEO for diverse industries.

• Strong understanding of SEO best practices, Google algorithms, and search ranking factors.

• Experience using tools such as Ahrefs, Moz, SEMrush, Majestic, Screaming Frog, and Google Analytics.

• Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills.

• Ability to create effective outreach messages and negotiate link placements.

• Strong project management and organizational abilities.

• Familiarity with digital PR and content marketing strategies.

• Understanding of anchor text optimization and backlink evaluation metrics (DA, DR, Trust Flow, etc.).

Experience

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in link building and SEO.

• Experience in managing outreach campaigns and building high-authority backlinks.

• Demonstrated success in improving keyword rankings and domain authority through ethical link-building methods.

Working Hours

• Full-time position, 8 hours per day.

• Flexible remote schedule with required weekly team sync meetings.

• Occasional availability may be needed to coordinate with international partners.
