Job Summary

InfoTech Solutions is seeking a passionate and creative Social Media Community Manager to join our remote Gaming Technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for building, nurturing, and managing vibrant online communities across multiple social media platforms. You will act as the voice of our brand, engaging with gamers, creators, and tech enthusiasts while driving meaningful conversations and fostering long-term relationships with our global audience.

This position is ideal for someone who lives and breathes gaming culture, understands digital communities, and can translate brand values into authentic social interactions that strengthen loyalty and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow InfoTech Solutions’ social media communities across platforms such as Discord, Twitter/X, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Reddit, and Facebook.

  • Develop and execute community engagement strategies aligned with marketing and product goals.

  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content including posts, stories, reels, polls, events, and live sessions.

  • Moderate discussions, respond to comments and messages, and ensure a positive and inclusive community environment.

  • Act as the primary liaison between users and internal teams, sharing community feedback, trends, and insights.

  • Organize and manage online events such as AMAs, giveaways, tournaments, and influencer collaborations.

  • Track community metrics and social performance, providing regular reports and actionable insights.

  • Monitor industry trends, gaming culture, and competitor activities to keep the brand relevant and innovative.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Proven experience managing online communities and social media platforms.

  • Deep understanding of gaming culture, esports, and digital entertainment.

  • Ability to create engaging, authentic, and brand-aligned content.

  • Familiarity with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Sprout, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, etc.).

  • Basic knowledge of analytics tools such as Google Analytics and native social insights.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in social media management, community management, or digital marketing.

  • Previous experience in gaming, tech, or entertainment industries is highly preferred.

  • Experience managing Discord or gaming communities is a strong advantage.

Working Hours

  • Full-time, remote position.

  • Flexible working hours with availability to engage with a global community across different time zones.

  • Occasional evening or weekend availability for live events or product launches.
