• Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports to track growth and engagement

• Collaborate with team members to plan and execute social media campaigns

• Stay updated on emerging digital tools, social media algorithms, and best practices

• Assist in creating visual content using simple graphic tools and video editors

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Must be a teen (16–19 years old) with a valid parental consent for work

• Strong interest in social media platforms and digital trends

• Basic understanding of social media management tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, TikTok Editor)

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Creativity and ability to generate engaging content ideas

• Self-motivated and able to work independently

• Basic knowledge of social media analytics is a plus

Experience

• No formal work experience required; prior personal use of social media for content creation is advantageous

• Demonstrated ability to create viral or engaging content is a bonus

Working Hours

• Flexible, part-time hours suitable for school or college schedules

• Estimated 10–15 hours per week, with the ability to adjust based on campaigns and content schedules
