We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join our global remote team. As a CSM, you will be the primary point of contact for Spanish-speaking clients, ensuring they achieve maximum value from our products and services.
You’ll build strong relationships with customers, drive retention and growth, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver a world-class client experience. If you are passionate about helping customers succeed and thrive in a remote, dynamic environment — this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the main contact for Spanish-speaking customers, ensuring satisfaction and long-term success.

Onboard new clients and guide them through implementation and product adoption.

Develop a deep understanding of customer goals and provide strategic advice to help achieve them.

Monitor account health, proactively identify risks, and implement retention strategies.

Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support teams to resolve customer challenges efficiently.

Analyze customer usage data and feedback to identify opportunities for upselling or expansion.

Conduct regular check-ins, business reviews, and success planning sessions with clients.

Advocate for the customer’s needs internally and help shape future product enhancements.
Qualifications:

Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken) required.

2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Relations (preferably in SaaS or tech).

Strong interpersonal and communication skills — able to engage clients across cultures and time zones.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.

Experience working remotely and managing relationships via digital tools (Zoom, Slack, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).

Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.

Tech-savvy with a good understanding of software platforms and digital workflows.
