Spanish-Speaking Customer Success Manager – 100% Remote Spain
Description

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join our global remote team. As a CSM, you will be the primary point of contact for Spanish-speaking clients, ensuring they achieve maximum value from our products and services.

You’ll build strong relationships with customers, drive retention and growth, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver a world-class client experience. If you are passionate about helping customers succeed and thrive in a remote, dynamic environment — this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main contact for Spanish-speaking customers, ensuring satisfaction and long-term success.

  • Onboard new clients and guide them through implementation and product adoption.

  • Develop a deep understanding of customer goals and provide strategic advice to help achieve them.

  • Monitor account health, proactively identify risks, and implement retention strategies.

  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support teams to resolve customer challenges efficiently.

  • Analyze customer usage data and feedback to identify opportunities for upselling or expansion.

  • Conduct regular check-ins, business reviews, and success planning sessions with clients.

  • Advocate for the customer’s needs internally and help shape future product enhancements.

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken) required.

  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Relations (preferably in SaaS or tech).

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills — able to engage clients across cultures and time zones.

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.

  • Experience working remotely and managing relationships via digital tools (Zoom, Slack, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).

  • Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.

  • Tech-savvy with a good understanding of software platforms and digital workflows.
