Job Summary

Hollister Store is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Part-Time Stock Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth product flow from the stockroom to the sales floor, maintaining an organized backroom, and supporting the overall operational efficiency of the store. Stock Associates play a critical part in providing our customers with a seamless shopping experience by ensuring product availability and presentation standards are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, process, and organize incoming shipments in the stockroom.

• Replenish merchandise on the sales floor to maintain inventory levels.

• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization in the stockroom and back areas.

• Assist with inventory control by performing regular stock counts and audits.

• Support sales associates and store leadership with product availability needs.

• Ensure products are displayed and stored according to Hollister standards.

• Follow all company policies and procedures related to stock management and operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and stocking merchandise.

• Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.

• Attention to detail with a proactive and efficient work style.

• Basic math and computer skills for inventory tracking.

Experience

• Previous retail or stockroom experience is a plus but not mandatory.
