Job Summary:

As a Technical Customer Support Engineer, you will act as the bridge between our customers and technical teams, resolving issues efficiently while maintaining high standards of professionalism and empathy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, or phone, providing timely and effective technical support.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.

  • Document and track issues, solutions, and customer interactions accurately in the support system.

  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problems.

  • Conduct root cause analysis and provide feedback for process improvements.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and technology updates.

  • Assist in creating user manuals, FAQs, and support documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of computer systems, software, and networking concepts.

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Ability to handle multiple support requests simultaneously with patience and accuracy.

  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools and ticketing systems is preferred.

  • Familiarity with troubleshooting operating systems (Windows, Mac, Linux) and common software applications.

Experience:

  • Freshers are welcome to apply; prior experience in technical support or customer service is a plus.

  • Any internships or projects demonstrating technical problem-solving abilities will be considered.

Working Hours:

  • Flexible remote working hours.
