Job Summary

OneTech Associates is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Project Manager to lead and oversee infrastructure projects in a fully remote environment. Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end infrastructure projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with company objectives.

• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies proactively.

• Evaluate and improve existing processes to enhance efficiency, scalability, and reliability of infrastructure projects.
• Document project requirements, technical specifications, and post-implementation reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in technical or IT infrastructure environments.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud), network architecture, and IT infrastructure.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, MS Project, or equivalent.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a results-oriented mindset.

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing complex IT or infrastructure projects.
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional technical teams in remote or hybrid environments.
• Experience with cloud migration, network upgrades, or data center operations is a plus.

Working Hours

• Full-time, remote position with flexible working hours.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple time zones is required.
