Fresher Job is seeking enthusiastic and motivated Telecallers to join our dynamic BPO team in Singapore. Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential clients and existing customers to promote products or services.

Respond to inbound calls and inquiries professionally and efficiently.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in the CRM system.

Achieve individual and team sales targets or lead generation goals.

Resolve customer issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate department.

Provide feedback on customer trends and suggest improvements to enhance service quality.

Follow company policies, procedures, and guidelines to maintain service excellence. 
Required Skills and Qualifications
