Key Responsibilities

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field.

• Valid and active state licensure (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent) to practice telehealth counseling.

• Proven experience providing mental health counseling in a clinical or telehealth setting.

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills.

• Proficiency with telehealth technology and virtual communication tools.

• Ability to manage a high volume of clients while maintaining quality of care.

Experience

• Minimum 2–5 years of professional counseling experience, preferably including telehealth or remote therapy.

• Experience with diverse populations, including adults, adolescents, and families.

Working Hours
