  • Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and contribute feedback to management.

  • Handle multiple chat sessions simultaneously while maintaining professionalism and accuracy.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent written English communication skills.

  • Strong typing speed and accuracy.

  • Basic knowledge of customer service principles and practices.

  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote setting.

  • Familiarity with chat platforms, CRMs, and basic troubleshooting tools.

  • High level of empathy, patience, and problem-solving abilities.

Experience:

  • Previous experience in online chat support, customer service, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.

  • Experience in remote work or virtual team environments is a plus.

Working Hours:

  • Flexible work-from-home schedule.

  • Part-time and full-time shifts available, including evenings and weekends.
