Job Summary

HR Talent Solutions is seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our fast-growing remote mobile app agency. In this role, you will be responsible for designing intuitive, engaging, and user-centered digital experiences across a range of mobile applications. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into visually appealing and functional designs that enhance user satisfaction and drive product success.

This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere while contributing to innovative digital products used by global audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design user-centered interfaces and experiences for mobile applications (iOS and Android).

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather insights to inform design decisions.

• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.

• Translate business requirements and user needs into elegant design solutions.

• Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure seamless implementation.

• Maintain and evolve design systems, UI guidelines, and style libraries.

• Optimize designs for performance, accessibility, and usability.

• Iterate on designs based on user feedback, analytics, and stakeholder input.

• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and mobile UX best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in UI/UX design principles and methodologies.

• Hands-on experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.

• Solid understanding of mobile design standards (Material Design, Apple Human Interface Guidelines).

• Ability to create interactive prototypes and design systems.

• Strong visual design skills including typography, color theory, and layout.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a remote environment.

Experience

• 2–5 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, preferably within mobile app development.

• Proven portfolio showcasing mobile application design projects.

• Experience working in agile or product-driven teams is a plus.

• Prior experience in a remote or distributed team environment is desirable.

Working Hours

• Full-time, remote position.

• Flexible working hours with overlap required for team collaboration across time zones.

• Standard commitment of 40 hours per week.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.

• Ability to empathize with users and advocate for user needs.

• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design practices.

• Understanding of front-end development basics (HTML, CSS, mobile frameworks) is an advantage.
