Job Summary

OneTech Associates is seeking a highly creative and user-focused UI/UX Designer to join our remote digital innovation team. This role is ideal for a design professional who is passionate about building intuitive, visually compelling, and user-centered mobile applications. Key Responsibilities

• Design user-centered interfaces and experiences for mobile applications (iOS and Android).

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to inform design decisions.

• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.

• Translate product requirements into intuitive and engaging design solutions.

• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.

• Maintain and contribute to design systems and UI guidelines.

• Iterate designs based on user feedback, analytics, and business goals.

• Ensure consistency in branding, typography, color, and interaction design.

• Stay up-to-date with UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in UI/UX design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.

• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and usability standards.

• Experience designing for mobile-first and responsive interfaces.

• Ability to create interactive prototypes and design systems.

• Strong visual design skills, including layout, typography, and color theory.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to translate complex requirements into simple and elegant solutions.

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.

Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

• 2–5 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, preferably in mobile applications.

• Proven portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects, including mobile app designs.

• Experience working in Agile or product-driven environments is a plus.

Working Hours

• Fully remote position.
