Job Summary

UPS is seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our remote workforce as Data Entry Operators. As a Data Entry Operator, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data systems while enjoying the flexibility of working from home, either full-time or part-time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately input, update, and maintain data in UPS systems and databases.

  • Review and verify information to ensure completeness and accuracy.

  • Identify and correct errors in data entry to maintain high-quality records.

  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity and discretion.

  • Generate reports and summaries as required by management.

  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet deadlines and quality standards.

  • Manage digital files and ensure proper documentation of work.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and basic computer applications.

  • Strong typing speed (minimum 35–45 words per minute) with a high level of accuracy.

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills.

  • Reliable internet connection and a home computer/laptop.

Experience

  • Previous data entry, administrative support, or clerical experience preferred but not mandatory.

  • Freshers with strong computer literacy and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Working Hours

  • Flexible work schedule with options for both full-time (40 hours per week) and part-time (20 hours per week).

  • Shifts may be customized based on personal availability, ensuring work-life balance.
