Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming customer calls regarding orders, payments, product inquiries, and account issues.

  • Follow standard operating procedures and scripts while maintaining professionalism.

  • Update customer accounts and log interactions using CRM tools.

  • Escalate complex issues to higher-level support when necessary.

  • Meet performance goals for quality, call handling time, and customer satisfaction.

  • Maintain high confidentiality and protect customer data during interactions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

  • Ability to stay calm and customer-focused during challenging conversations.

  • Good typing speed and familiarity with computer applications.

  • Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Experience

  • 1–2 years of customer service, call center, or remote support experience preferred.

  • Freshers with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply.

  • Prior experience in e-commerce customer support (Amazon, Shopify, etc.) is a plus.

Working Hours

  • Full-time position with flexible scheduling.

  • Shifts may include weekends or evenings based on business needs.

  • Must be able to commit to at least 40 hours per week.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Knowledge of customer service best practices.

  • Basic understanding of CRM software and call handling tools.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize critical inquiries.

  • Strong listening skills and emotional intelligence.

  • Comfortable working with remote teams and supervisors via chat or video.
