Key Responsibilities

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Fast typing speed (minimum 35–40 WPM preferred).

  • Comfortable working independently in a remote setup.

Experience

  • No prior experience required — freshers are welcome.

  • Experience in customer service, chat support, or helpdesk is an added advantage.

Working Hours

  • Flexible shifts (Day or Night Shifts available).

  • Full-time remote position (8-hour shift).

  • Weekend availability may be required based on business needs.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Knowledge of customer support best practices.

  • Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure.
