Job Summary

Creative Studios is seeking a highly skilled UX/UI Designer with exceptional proficiency in Figma to join our innovative design team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting intuitive digital experiences, developing user-centered interfaces, and transforming complex requirements into clean, beautiful, and functional design solutions. The ideal candidate understands the full design lifecycle—from user research and wireframing to prototyping, testing, and delivering final assets—while maintaining a strong eye for detail and consistency.

Key Responsibilities

• Design user-friendly interfaces and engaging digital experiences for web and mobile platforms.

• Create wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, mockups, and design systems using Figma.

• Conduct user research, analyze user behavior, and translate insights into actionable design improvements.

• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to refine project requirements.

• Maintain a consistent brand identity across all UI elements and experiences.

• Perform usability testing and apply feedback to enhance user experience.

• Work with development teams to ensure seamless implementation of UI/UX designs.

• Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in design and user experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or a related field.

• Strong proficiency in Figma, including auto-layout, components, prototyping, and design systems.

• Excellent understanding of UI/UX principles, responsive design, user flows, and accessibility guidelines.

• Ability to create visually compelling and user-centric designs.

• Strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI projects, especially those involving Figma.

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Experience

• 2–5 years of professional experience as a UX/UI Designer or in a similar role.

• Experience working in agile product development environments preferred.

• Prior work on SaaS platforms, mobile apps, or digital products is a plus.

Working Hours

• Full-time position.

• Standard working hours: Monday–Friday.

• Flexible schedule available based on project needs.

• Remote or hybrid working options may be provided depending on location.
