Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.

  • Generate, qualify, and manage leads through various online channels, including social media, email, and business directories.

  • Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate client and lead information.

  • Assist the sales and business development team in outreach campaigns and follow-ups.

  • Prepare and present reports on lead generation and business development activities.

  • Support administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.

  • Collaborate with team members to optimize strategies for lead acquisition and conversion.

  • Monitor industry trends to identify potential opportunities for business growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Strong research and analytical skills to identify potential leads and market trends.

  • Proficiency in using digital tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM platforms, and social media for lead generation.

  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

  • Basic understanding of sales and business development processes.

Experience

  • Prior experience as a Virtual Assistant, Business Development Associate, or in lead generation is preferred but not mandatory.
